<br> to interconnect and use telecommunication systems
The licensee shall be allowed to connect and use the telecommunication system developed by him with the telecommunication system developed by another licensee.
(2) If the telecommunication system developed by one licensee requests to be connected and used by another licensee, it shall be allowed to connect and use it on the basis of reasonable conditions and restrictions as mutually agreed upon, or in case such approval is not possible, on the basis of conditions determined by the authority.
